Ways to preserve natural roses

• Clean the flowers from the lower leaves.
• Cut the leg diagonally every two or three days, to help it absorb.
• Putting the vase in a place away from the scorching sun.
• Change the water every two days.
• Put a teaspoon of salt per liter of cold water, then the flowers are placed in the water as they need salts to complete the process of photosynthesis that helps in the process of flowering and blooming on a daily basis, and it is similar in composition to soil.

• When picking or buying flowers, it is preferable that these flowers be newly bloomed, in order for them to live for a long time.
• Avoid keeping the flowers for a long period immediately after picking by hand, because in this way they lose all the water in their sap, and the heat of the hand prevents the passage of water through the entire flower and works on its drying and wilting, so it is preferable to put it in a container containing cold water immediately after obtaining it.
• Knowing the types of flowers you have, because there are some species such as gardenia, they cannot absorb water through the stem, but rather through the petals, so it is better to spray them with water added to the previous materials.
• Knowing the type of stem that makes up the flower, as the woody stem needs to be cut a greater distance than the green stem.
